Speed up my Flight Simulator software... How to?

Can I speed up my flight simulator by transferring it from an HDD to a faster SSD? ( while my Windows 10 operating system remains on a separate HDD? ) Or, must both my operating system and the flight simulator program both be placed on SSD's, ( both on faster drives )? Thanks very much....

You can move only the sim to a ssd and you will gain loading speed.
You should create and use a page file on the ssd as well though,the page will be used when ram get's low but also for other things.

Don't expect a great boost though unless you have an ancient hdd,depending on your setup you might not even notice.

Thank you very much. My HDD's are Western Digital "Raptors", and they spin @ 10,000rpm. Still much slower than today's SSD's.
