I have an ASUS F1A55-M LE mobo, 2.8ghz amd quad core processor and radeon hd7750 1gb video card.
I notice when gaming my processor is sitting at aroun 40% whereas my RAM is roughly 70-80%.

Also, was thinking of overclocking processor, can I take it out, wipe off thermal paste, reapply and put back in ready to OC?

Solution
First of all you need to check if the RAM is about 15-20% with all programs off, and about the overclock you need better cooling and AMD processors are very good at overlock.
My old PC has AMD Athlon 1.8ghz and i overclocked it to 3.6ghz and is running very smooth, but the cooling system is great on that pc.

My advice if you want to overclock your processor ( for 10-15% performance ) you need to invest in a good cooling system.

Good luck !

Are there any coolers you would recommend dont want to spend too much you see.

If my ram sits at that doing nothing should i upgrade or not? I dont want any bottlenecking you see which is what I feel my processor is doing to my card

Best coolers are over 100$ and for that processor , i wouldn`t recommend the overclock, if you`re not planing to buy another one, because you can overclock him very good with a great speed but also you can burn it ...
