hello... I'm using a cable broadband connection...
when i checked my connection speed using speedtest.net ..it showed me 1mb/sec
but when i do downloads..I'm getting only a speed of 136kb-142kb/sec but why..
although the browsing speed is quite okay for me....
i'm using IDM as my download manager....i've also tried various other download managers..but all of em are showing same speed..... Please tell me why is it so?
am i getting cheated?
ps:my plan is a 1mb unlimited
