SpeedFan 4.46 "CPU" Temp show 92C for my i5-2500K

I built a new PC this weekend with an Intel i5-2500K with stock Intel cooler. I wanted to check to make sure the temperature was OK. I downloaded SpeedFan 4.46 and it shows CPU temperature of 92C (third temp from top) but it also shows a CPU temp (second to last temp) of 45C.

I downloaded Core Temp 1.0 RC3 and it shows all four cores at approximately 35C at 0% load.

What is the SpeedFan CPU temp of 92C and do I need to worry?

It's almost definitely wrong. SpeedFan is bad for newer systems, it seems (and WAY wrong for me too). Try HWMonitor. http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

So I downloaded HWmonitor and shows 4 basic groups - one for my motherboard (ASUS P8Z68-V LX) and another for my CPU (Intel Core i5 2500K) and then the HDD and video card. All the temps under the CPU look good at about 35C.

But under the motherboard, in the temp section, it shows "CPUTIN" at 93C. (Other temp types are TZ00 at 28C, TZ01 at 30C, SYSTIM at 30C, AUXTIN at 48C and TMPIN3 at 32C0. What is CPUTIN and should I worry about it?

CPUTIN is the VRM temp I believe. It shows the same kinda thing on my P8Z68-V LE.
