Speedfan not reading 4850 temps

CCC and CPUID read and display the 4850 temperatures just fine but Speedfan doesn't.


Is there something I'm missing?

I've only seen it read temps on nVidia cards, not ATI. I don't know why.

That makes sense. It used to work fine when I had the 8800GT.
I'll stick to Rivatuner.

Dont understand that, i have run speedfan on differant PC's always with an ATI card and it has always worked.

Which cards? I've tried it with a hd4850 and hd4870 and it didn't read the temperatures.

@OP: GPU-Z is a great program for reading the temps for a 4850.
