In my mobo I set voltage to 1.325V. But when I try speedfan, it reported core1 voltage 1.29V, core2 voltage 1.79V. Why there is such a high voltage in core2? I'm kind of scared to turn on my PC now. I'm afraid it's gonna fry my chip.

If the BIOS has a monitor for the voltages I would trust that first. I would also check with a second program. It could be that SpeedFan doesn't have the information for your board yet and is making assumptions on the readings. It took a year before one of my HD's wan't on fire after being on for 5min. 😛 Another program showed the correct temp. I don't remember it, but it was a time limited shareware, so it is no longer installed.
