Well, a good clean may be in order if those readings are accurate - and on a laptop, they might be.
The laptop nature is probably why SpeedFan is having a problem detecting. They're not a typical 4pin PWM that can be measured with any real degree of accuracy by software. SpeedFan clearly takes it to the extreme with those numbers, but I'm not too shocked about a misread on a laptop.
Clear out dust, and see if the idle* temps improve.
Are you truly 'idle'? Or does task manager show the CPU is being utilized about a couple of %?
