Speedfan suddenly stopped working?

So I configured the curve for the advanced fan control and everything worked fine.
Until i started COD:MW3.
The CPU fan started spinning up like crazy even though the cpu was only at 25C and i also couldnt control it manually anymore.
The fan just did what it wanted to do.
I have no idea how to fix this :/
I reinstalled SpeedFan for 2 times and also searched on the internets but i couldnt find anything
Did anyone else have this problem and/or can solve it?

Have you tried reverting the OS back to a previous check point?

If you're trying to control CPU and GPU fans only than simply remove SpeedFan. Bios can control CPU fan perfectly, and ATI tray tools or something simillar will do for GPU. As far as SpeedFan i've been trying to control chasis fans and it's impossible. So i have installed front panel with fan support and that does it.

As is said, in my case the cpu fan control worked really well with the curve i set up.
A lot better than with the BIOS control where it was randomly spinning up and down.
I just dont get why it just stopped working

Do you have system firewall? Maybe you accidently dissallowed speedfan components.
