Speedfan temps out of wack

I have an amd fx 8300 8core cpu 3.30ghz and speedfan shows these temps

temp2
temp3
hd0
temp1 (again)
GPU
CORE
my temp 3 is always running so much higher then any others..was just streaming and it was around 68c while the others were running between 40c-56c and it says the fan for that temp is running at 83,000 RPM and am trying to figure out if this is a glitch in the software or is my CPU really that hot!

side note..when i hover over Temp3's temp it says last:42c min: -109c max:68c mean:42c i have no clue what the heck that means!

Those temperatures may mean different things on different MBs. Use AMD Overdrive for more accurate temp readings.
