Question Speeding up HP Slimline

Hey!
I have a HP Slimline 260-a104no DT PC NRL and the little thing is slow. What you suggest to get it speeded up ( did already run clean-up program)?

7 year old dual core mobile CPU soldered on the motherboard. Besides to upgrade the HDD to a SSD there's nothing to do about this terrible slow system.

How much ram do you have?
Is it one or two sticks?
