Question speedtests results much slower than steam/origin downloads

im using uk 4G as my home internet (my house is far away from the box and i get slow speeds)
when doing any speedtesting speedtest.net , google , fast.com ect i get slower speeds compared to actual downloads on steam, origin and youtube streaming for example, check out screenshot below to see what i mean

its possible that the steam server you are contacting is run by ISP as many have their own, and since its on their servers, it would be faster.

that is a big difference though

that doesn't help explain the youtube difference

Scary that 10.73mbps is faster than 67% of people there but I get similar if I test mine
