Spent 90$ on HDMI still can't get HDR

I can't enable HDR in Windows 10 when I do so the toggle button automatically goes to off. I can do so when I switch to 30hertz I can get YCbCr 444 and can enable hdr so i thought i have a bad cable. I bought HDmi 2.1 which has 48gbps data transfer and still can't get HDR enable in windows and i get no option to chose in Nividia control panel other than YCBcr 420 I have a 4K 55" TV which is HDR capable ..gtx 1080 latest driver still can't get HDR please help

What is the model number of the TV?
