Spiderman 2 not working

Hi I have a intel core i5 2320, Intel DH61WW mobo, 2x 4GB DDR3 1333 mhz RAM,Gigabyte GT 730 GPU 2GB GDDR5 , Windows 10 pro x64 upgraded from Windows 7 x64
I recently tried playing this game Spider-Man2 ( not to be confused with The amazing spiderman 2) which was released in 2004
when I start the game the splash screen comes then screen goes blank and reappers with a error

the above is the image of the error that prevents my game from running
the error code is LockRect Failed😀3DERR_DEVICELOST

random smilie breaks error code, and image doesn't seem to work either

seems to be something about running in full screen mode, same error appears to effect UT2004 as well. Anything running unreal 2 can get this error.

ok Ive found the solution
open the .ini file in the system folder and replace the True with False on Reducemouselag=, This will bypass all the errors you see pop up and allow the game to run perfectly on any version of windows 10. no need to openGL force this game when it was mouselag that caused this whole problem haha
