Spiking Latency Need Help

hey guys so im having a problem where my net seems fine i go on each testing website it says my latency is fine and everything is all good as shown by these results:

but everytime i go into a game in my example league of legends or path of exile my ping is spiking from 60-500-1000ms it never stays stable i have never encountered this issue before i have tried all the usual things resetting router scanning pc and even rang up my isp. i am confused because my internet seems fine but in game i just cant play any help would be appreciated thanks guys

Ok your results come from UK servers.. You live in europe right?
Are you playing on european servers? or american?
That can cause a big difference

Also are you wired or using wireless? Wireless is much more prone to interference causing lag spikes.

definatly playing on EU servers, yes i am from UK and im using ethernet cable here is some pings in game http://prntscr.com/4jb9tl and this is EU gateway

you are using a router right?
Try this.
windows key + R
CMD
type in
ping www.google.com -t and play any game.
Next check back to this window.. If any of the pings show timeout or lag spikes you have a problem.
Check then ping to your router's ip address with -t argument too
ping 192.168.1.1 -t (or your routers ip)
and check again for timeouts or lag ms while gaming on LOL.
IF you get high ping or timeouts at that time it might be a problem with the router or your network adapter 😀
