I spilled some milk in my pc while playing a game. I turned it off quickly. The game froze and i didnt hear fizzling or popping. I cleaned it out and. Let it dry. What are the possibilitys that i just screwed myself?

You shouldn't need to go to such extreme measures. I had a water cooling pipe spring a leak and spray coolant all over the inside of my computer. I cleaned up the coolant and replaced the water cooler and everything worked as if nothing had happened.

the reason it worked for you and may not work with milk is that coolant by it's manufactured nature is NON CONDUCTIVE
Milk on the other hand not nearly as conductive as water still very conductive please be smart and let it dry for a week

I'd dismantle the system, give it a rubbing alcohol bath to expel the moisture and clean off the milk (I feel like milk residue could possibly attract some critter like maybe ants, at the very least, enough of it would smell after awhile). Then blow dry it with cool air.
