Replace it good chance it's dead may have taken something else with it

unplug everything and let it dry out it might survive its a 50/50 tbh

Do not run any more electric threw it leave it to dry and test after 24 hours if you keep on trying to run it you'll do more damage then good there are multiple layers in a motherboard if you keep trying to power it on it could break the multiple traces in the PCB.

Any visible traces of water use a cotton swab to remove any water do not rub with any type of cloth unless lint free. Cause any abrasion or scratches etc can knock components off.

It's very likely that the board is dead as water is a excellent conductor of electric.
