Question Spilled water on my pc

I spilled water on my pc tower and i turned it off and un pluged it and let it dry for a day and i tryed it today and the usb ports are getting power but i hit the power botton and nothing i even tryed jumping the power pins and still nothing so is the board just dead

Was the system on when you spilled the water into it?
Have you tried removing the GPU? Thats what spills usually hit first.

No haven’t tried that yet and yes it was on
