Spilt juice on my GPU

Okay so I'm an idiot. My computer was powered on, and I accidentally spilt a glass of orange juice on the top of my tower in which it dripped down, causing my computer to not power on. I dissembled everything to find out the issue is the graphics card (980ti) and now I'm unsure what to do besides attempt to dry it.
Also the graphics card does in fact start operating, when the power connectors aren't fully connected (I obviously get a message stating that I must connect them properly.
Any help please? 🙁

So you are saying when the PCIe connectors are plugged in the computer won't even turn on at all, and when they aren't plugged in, you get the message on the screen? So, what it sounds like to me is that the PCIe cables themselves were damaged, and are triggering short-circuit protection of the power supply when they are plugged in now. Inspect the cables for damage, perhaps shine a flashlight through the holes of the PCIe cables.
