hi A.F. and me -
I find that the Ryan S.O.L. will fly marginally well with
full (100%) tanks, and will lift off at approx. 85mph.
Climb performance is lousy, but at least it is up rather
than down. At 50% fuel, it's much better, as 'me' suggests,
but still flies much like a soggy sponge.
The altimeter is hard to read, so it helps to hit shift+Z
to show that info at the top of the screen. Even though
it doesn't fly well, you still should be able to get it
off the ground OK. A.F., you might want to recheck the
calibration for your throttle.
