Splinter cell blacklist mouse issues

hey guys i really need help, like very badly i have recently purchased splinter cell blacklist and even though i'm using an 8600 gt i am not have any problems with my fps , i'm getting like 35-45 and my CPU usage doesn't go over 70% ,BUT my logitech mx518 mouse is having a problem (ONLY IN THIS GAME) i cant move my mouse at ALL while walking , only when standing still yet still it jumps around and feels glitchy i have tried putting off vsync, lowering resolution , everything and still i'm having issues, and yes i have updated my mouse drivers and adjusted the DPI levels but to no avail , please guys if anyone has a clue of whats wrong , help me , THANKS IN ADVANCE

That's an older model of mouse. Sometimes the Logi mouse software can cause conflicts with some games. Try disabling it and just running off the generic mouse driver in Windows to see if that's it.

Also, check in the game's settings and if it's on Dx9, try running in Dx11, or vise versa.

yeah thanks frag maniac will try dx11 and hopefully get the results i want but ive already tried the generic mouse drivers and that didnt work for me but will check dx11 and report back. hopefully this can help other people with the same issue

oookay nevermind dx11 is nogo (8600 only supports 10) so im pretty much screwed
