Split between buying one monitor or another

I do a lot of gaming, I'm an fps junkie I guess you could say... My computer usually runs games that I play between 60-170FPS. I also love doing graphic design and web deisng every now and then, and plan on going to college for it. I need a monitor that is color accurate is what I'm getting at. I have two monitors that I'm looking right now, one is more of a gaming monitor http://goo.gl/N2ugUx
The other monitor has less than half the refresh rate but supposedly offers much better color accuracy, they're both around the same price http://goo.gl/x3EAMy

I spend a lot more time on gaming than design and I'm wondering if the whole supper color accuracy thing is just a selling point for the second monitor, and I'm wondering if the color accuracy is good on the first one.

I own this and it is amazing for color accuracy, and no ghosting in gaming!
