Split the file into 2

Hi guys!I've downloaded Ice Age movie file(750MB) into my harddisk.The problem is that when i try to burn after encoding process into Duraplus CD-R 800MB,it said "Please insert a larger capacity of CD-R/RW". I'm using Nero 5.5.9.2 burning program.Is there any software that can split the file into 2 files?

why not enable overburn for Nero that will work perfectly.
I use 99Min CD-R and also use Nero to overburn.

To split I also use TPMGEnc, click tools, mpeg options, and edit the file
