Splitting multi-map demos?

I have this nice big phat 29Meg demo of Saturday's co-op session;
however, Q2 will only play the first map recorded. I remember a long
time ago having a nifty little program that splits multi-map demos;
anyone know what I'm talking about or have anything like that?
