Splitting USB in half

Hello. I was wondering if it was possible to partition a USB and make each partition bootable, so that the BIOS will read the USB as two different devices with different contents on them. For example: the larger partition containing a written .ISO on it that's bootable, and the other being a different .ISO burn onto it. Anyone know? I'd be very appreciative
