Why would you want to lengthen the spooling time?

If by "increase the spooling time" you mean increase the size of a document
that can be spooled, I don't think there is any control over it. It may
depend on the version of Windoze, but with WinXP the spool file size is
controlled by XP and is limited only by the available disk space. It would
be pretty unusual to exceed the available spooler size unless your hard
drive is nearly full.

My error. I want it to spool faster.

The time required to spool is simply the time that the application and the
printer driver require to prepare the document for printing, and perhap the
time required to write to the disk. The only way to speed that up is to get
a faster computer.

Various versions of Windows allow you to control the priority or
apparent speed of print jobs. In XP, for example, go to Control Panel /
Printers / Right Click your printer / Properties / Advanced.

Other versions let you set printing priorities.
