Hello everybody, hope you could help me with this.

Recently i got a GTX 1660 super and i installed in my pc:

B450 ds3h
Ryzen 5 3400g
16 gb ram (2 modules)
750w PS

well, Actually i am getting these FPS drops even when im just working on windows, not playing games and i was looking for solutions in YT and forums but nothing. I deactivated the iGPU, modify the power options in windows, and even change the HDMI cables and nothing, They appear suddenly but the system continues fine.

Anyone have an idea about this? Thanks in advance

Edit: the temperature of the CPU doesnt reach the 50° max. 60 with full stress and the gpu is going for the same way, max 60° full stress. i have installed the last graphic card drivers too

How much is fps dropping? What fps is expected? Is there a range of fps values that occur?

When working in Windows: what apps, tools, etc. are your using? Perhaps graphics related?

Make and model PSU? 750 watts noted. Age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe system performance. Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

Determine what resources are being used, to what extent (%), and what is using any given resource. Especially when fps drops are noted.

Another tool that may prove helpful is Process Explorer (Microsoft, free).
