sporadic mouse movement - Microsoft Surface Pro 4

I have a windows 10 Surface Pro 4 and when I am typing the cursor seems to turn into a vertical line with a dark circle below it and it moves all around!

This is very annoying because if you think you are typing it moves to a different spot on the cursor morphs into the line with the circle...

It looks something like this but much bigger:

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by uninstalling/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from Intel's Support site.
- Here's the link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
- Once installed reboot your PC then test it again after the reboot.
- If these doesn't work do also calibrate the Touchscreen.

I've update the drivers and recalibrated the touchscreen and its still doing it...
