Question Sprint - DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I'm getting subject issue when I attempt to access a particular financial site w my Galaxy S8 plus on Sprint wireless network. My coworker who has a Galaxy 10Plus also experiencing this problem on Sprint network. I also tried w iPhone 6, same issue. When I use my home wifi, i have no issue with accessing the financial site. I spoke w Sprint's reps, they all point to the financial site. I also contacted the site owner, he said I'm the only one reporting this issue. Seems like issue is Sprint's DNS server, but their techs have no clue.
Any help is appreciated.

Ask sprint to give you an explanation why they think it's the financial site. 3rd party vendors only want to get you off the phone and will place the blame on other vendors without any evidence to back their claims. Then relay the sprint findings to the site to resolve the problem.
