Hi all - Under Optimise Drives I get an odd drive listed. I have provided a screenshot of this below, along with a screenshot from Drive Manager. Can anyone help please?

There are a few instances of "fake drives" starting to show up in Win 10. That syndrome is usually associated with Linux.

If you don't recognize it, and all your drives are accounted for, delete it.

It's the Windows Recovery Partition, as you can see from your screenshot. Delete it if you like, but probably not a good idea unless you really, really need that extra storage space. You save 450 MB (about 0.25% of the space on that disk) and lose some recovery options. I wouldn't defragment it.
