Cinebench R23:
i7 2700: 15740 - apparantly it should be around 21000
Heaven 1080p max settings:
fps: 285.9
score:720.4
Timespy:
22910
graphics score: 27836
Cpu score: 11440 (for reference my friend who uses the 13600k got 17218) on a not too much faster chip.

Some info from UB is useful, as in, determining if hardware is running at rated speeds or throttling, Bios revision, Windows version and background activity etc. The rest regarding percentiles is unreliable. That's my opinion.

Is this a newly built system? If so, was Windows freshly installed or carry over from different (your old) computer?

Hi everythings fully fresh, newest bios on my mobo, newest drivers and updated windows. And temperatures rarely go over late 50s for gpu and especially for cpu.

completely different results its a very unreliable system testing my 4080 was good now its bad and vice versa with system health etc
Another benchmark after that one

UserBenchmarks: Game 332%, Desk 108%, Work 357%

MBD: MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4
insanely different results
What was changed between those two tests? The first test shows your 4080 severely underperforming. The second looks much better.

Now it is showing your RAM at correct speed. So XMP was in fact not enabled initially.

I can run UB several times and get nearly identical results. There's something going on with your PC. Was this a new build with fresh install of Windows?

Are you on latest motherboard chipset driver?

How full are those SSD's? Nevermind, it's right there... You may want to consider ditching those for a new larger one. It appears they aren't performing to well. Should be a relatively cheap upgrade.

Those SSD's are running really slow, I've got a 5 year old Samsung 850 on a 5 year old motherboard running 458 77 364 compared to your 165 14.4 15... Any chance you have any other sata cables you can try? Something isn't right.

Lots of people complaining about optimisation in Squad, despite it being a few years. Seems there's still lot's of improvements people are hoping for. There's mention of tessellation and contact shadows having pretty big impact on performance. Ask your friend if he has disabled efficiency cores in bios. Might help Squad and maybe your other games as well.

I don't think anything is wrong with your hardware, more likely software. Try different Geforce drivers too, latest isn't always greatest and sometimes bugs can be introduced trying to fix others. Also try balanced power plan in Windows, having minimum processor state to 10%.

i think i have another sata laying about , but in all honesty i think its just UB <Mod Edit> cos m7y pc boots instantly and nothing lags whatsoever, its just a false reading.
for excample i did my 4th benchmark with them and its all skewed again suddenly:

UserBenchmarks: Game 144%, Desk 109%, Work 155%
CPU: Intel Core i7-12700 - 113.9%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080 - 126.8%

HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) - 105.3%
