Square patterns when view is changing

Hi, so I just bought a new LCD monitor, it's an LG EW224T 22', and whenever what's on the screen changes I get these square patterns across the changing parts (not the whole screen, just whatever's changing). It's almost like the pixels are becoming bigger.

It's really noticeable in bright, colorful games, but it's also there when watching video or just browsing the web.

I've tried screenshoting it, but the problem doesn't show on a screenshot.

Try turning off the dynamic contrast, and any sort of image enhancement.

I'm not sure how to go about the image enhancement, but I just tried turning off dynamic contrast and nothing changed. Another word that came to mind to describe it is grainy, it almost looks like I'm looking at the screen through a mesh.
