Squares Appearing on screen in games

this is how it looks like .
My graphics is up to date and i dont know how to fix it.
tried running rocket league and squares appeared in background and it started freezing when i entered the game .

From what I've read in various places it's your graphics card - - it's faulty. You need to replace it.

is it cause of big heat , dust or something other or is it just incorrect graphics ?

No, if it was too much heat the PC would would turn itself off to stop the CPU from being destroyed.

Like I said, from what I've read I believe the graphics card is faulty. If it's covered by warranty, contact the manufacturer. Otherwise throw it away and install a new one.
