Squeaking when i load the game

Hello , I did build up a new pc with this specs 3 weeks ago :
Processor : core I3 3.6ghz
Gfx: evga gtx 950
Ram: 8 giga hyperx
PSU : rapter 500w
Screen : benq 20"

I had this concern about my graphic card , I play aion online which is a 3D game when I play it loads gfx card to 50% or less and 60c temp .

The problem is when I am on load screen on this game ( the screen that load to write ID and password) I hear squeaking in the case not sure which device making that noise it's not annoying but afraid that something gonna get damaged and I want to solve it , the squeaking only happen when game is on load screen ( a screen that had a load bar from 0% to 100%) the squeaks period is between 0% to 100% I didn't try any other games since this game is the one I play only , I hope someone help me Asap cuz I am so worried
Edit : squeaks are not coming from speakers or headphones it comes from the case that containing mother board, gpu card etc...

History info :
Before I had my gtx 950 I was on sapphire r7 from the 1st day it was getting blank screen suddenly ( the color of blank screen depend on the back ground I was on before the blank screen happen )so I changed it with my gtx 950 and I never faced this problem again (2,weeks until now )

Well first thing you need to do is figure out where the noise is coming from, speakers, fan, cards, drive, etc... Start listening.

It's from the case itself not speaker or headphones ... Actually I don't have speakers plugged in most of the time .... It's a hardware noise not from any kind of speakers
