squished in screen

I have a acer aspire one aoa150 and the screen is doing this https://ibb.co/jRxS0H I have cheeked the wires and I have updated the drives but it is still doing it could you please help me try to fix the problem

That looks like a bad LCD panel, or a bad LCD cable to me. Can you confirm that it isn't squashing the screen it is just not displaying that part of the screen? In my experience more likely to be the LCD which aren't that expensive to replace.
