Is a Strix vega 64 worth it for £250?

Kind of, a bit cheaper than something like an RX5700 or RTX2060. A little slower than both of those, so just about right in terms of price.

If you trust the seller, a decent AMD choice. But you are dealing with a used card.

RX5700 is probably what I would do if you can spare the extra 30-50 pounds.

250 is ok. I got mine at 200 pounds.
Vega 64 is not a great performer as you might think.
