I'm trying to find out if a windows NT4 SP6a environment
has the SRP Q299444 installed. Is there a certain
registry entry that would confirm it?

Can someone help me with this ??!!!!

Hi Brian,

using the registry editor, navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Hotfix

All your hotfixes (the Psot SP6a SRP - Q299444 included) will be listed as
sub-keys here.

Alternately, use the freeware PSInfo tool from the PSTools suite from System
Internals (available at http://www.sysinternals.com )

The syntax of PSInfo -h will give you a listing of ALL hotfixes applied to the
machine and what dates they were applied.
