Question srttrail.txt problem

I have been facing this srttrail.txt problem recently and i cant seem to find a way to fix it i have already tried watching YT vids about command prompts and it dosent really work

Yes i have a faulty hard drive
And Resetting my pc dosent work
I dont really care about the data in this PC
It dosent really have anything important innit

Is there any way to fix this without hiring a computer guy? Like maybe i can just buy a cheap but working hard drive or a motherboard.

Replace faulty HDD with a new one -- you'll get nowhere until that's done.
