The two 40x40x20mm fans in my Linksys SRW2024 switch are kaput. Bearings have failed and are extremely loud.

Each fan is connected using a small 3pin keyed header (there are two headers, one for each fan).

The old fans are both Sunon's which draw 0.09amp and 1.1W each.

I'd like to replace them with two 80x80x25 extremely silent Enermax model UC-8EB. And, create two 3" holes in the top of the case to mount them. Extremely silent requirement for a home office environment.

BUT, each Enermax fan draws a bit more current at 0.16amp and 1.9W.

Any problem with that?

Would the AC->DC PSU board be stressed too much?

Thanks.

Solution
With the larger fan, I would just go with one, which should be more than adequate ventilation. One fan will be no problem as far as the current draw, and most likely 2 would not be an issue.
Thanks RealBeast. I can install one of the two fans such that the second could be installed easily if need be. This switch doesn't see 24 lit gbit ports moving tons of data each day. Have a good one!
