SSD and 2 HDD Raid

I have a crucial m4 with windows on it and 2 WD blue drives for games and files. How can I set up the 2 hdd's for raid 0 or 1? Is there a noob guide on how to do this? Thanks!

Set the SATA controller in RAID mode, press Ctrl-I at POST and create your array using both hard disks (or use Intel RST to do it from Windows).
