Firstly i was wondering if you could move the windows 7 OS onto the SSD and if so will this affect the boot time
Secondly i was wondering running a game off a SSD would affect loading screens in Skyrim (Heavily Modded)

you can, yes, it helps if you already have a separate partition for the os and one for data. it would increase the loading time speeds in games.

Yes, you can move the Win 7 OS to the SSD. Depending on the speed and condition of the HDD, OS loading times will usually be much faster with the OS on an SSD.
