Question SSD and HD going missing?

Hi.
my son’s PC has a 512gb m.2 SSD, a 250gb Sata SSD and a WD 2TB Hard drive. Everything is ok once windows has loaded but after a while both the sata SSD and hard drive goes missing off windows. If I reboot they’re back again. Please could someone offer some advice? Thanks so much.

it is still in device manager?

They go missing from “my PC’. Also from disk management. On device manager, they’re there but have ! Icons.

Hi. It says.
the device cannot start (code 10)
An I/O adapter hardware error has occurred

please help.
