Ssd and hdd performing way below expectations

i can say with 100% certainty that both my ssd and hdd are connected with a SATA3 port

Which sata ports on motherboard are you using for your drives?
Light-blue color ports are all SATA2.
Only 2 white color ports are SATA3.

Can you run HDtune benchmark on your drives and show screenshots?
