Hi,
Just completed my first build and had a newbie question:
Due to my radiator conflicting with my hdd rack, the hdd rack had to be removed. I was able to mount the hdd in a secondary position on the bottom of my case. The hdd rack also held my ssd, which is now lying on-top of my hdd. If I were to leave the ssd there, possibly securing it to the hdd with a small amount of electrical tape, would its proximity to the hdd cause any problems?

Thanks for the help.

you can just use 2 screws and tighen the ssd on one side of the large locations for dvd/cd drives on top. even if it hangs in mid air it's fine. ssd's are light and don't need to stay fixed as they have no moving parts.

like mentioned above, the hdd placement could be the bigger problem, that one needs to be secured properly.

The case has a couple of screw holes on the bottom to attach the hard drive to, its secured in the same manner as it would be if on the hard drive rack.
Thank you for your help.
