SSD and HDD probs

So I am a noob in PC, but do we keep program files in SSD or HDD, and what else files are to be kept on SSD and HDD?

What else need to be decreased on my SSD, because I accidentally installed everything on my SSD as some my friends told me to install it in my HDD, and now my SSD is almost full

I don't know what you have installed on your ssd. If you have any older games on the ssd you could uninstall them and reinstall on the regular hard drive. Keep newer games installed on the ssd.

It seems that the program files took 100 gb aout of 250, should I uninstall some, or move some to HDD?

Yes, uninstall programs you don't need but leave windows programs alone. If you are unsure about a program leave it alone.

You can't "move" programs. You have to uninstall/reinstall them. If you drag/drop programs from one drive to the other you are going to really mess things up. Just stating the obvious.
