Ssd and Hdd

I'm going to be building my first real gaming pc at the end of summer and I've been asking on here about pc components and I was wondering if the Kingston 250 gb ssd or the samsung 850 evo 250 gb ssd was better? Also whats the best 1tb hdd for under$55 ?

I know the samsung is only $10-15 more then the kingston, i'm very excited to be building my first true gaming pc, I have a store bought pc that I got in 2009 and added a ati 5770 to it the next year, and I have a hp laptop I got in jan but I found that I needed to build my own gamer after seeing that I cant play many new games.

The best 1TB HDD is Western Digital Blue, according to just about everyone I've talked to. And the 850 Evo seems to be the best price to performance SSD right now.
