Question SSD and NVMe Bottlenecking Question

Hello everyone! Hope you are doing well.

My question is related to the following issue:

I installed my OS on 240 gb drive (SSD 3.5'' drive SATA) which is for programs and OS. I have 1 TB drive for games only (1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD)
Will it bottleneck the speed of nvme because games are run in OS environment which is installed on SSD SATA?
