Ssd and windows problems

Hello guys.. so ive got a problem where my windows randomly freezes and bugges in the middle of the game or youtube or anything actually.. as it freezes it restarts all on his own and transfers from my ssd wich is my main partition to hdd.. it really annoys me beacuse it happens often and sometimes when i want to change it from hdd to sdd in bios the ssd just doesnt appear in boot devices.. so if anyone has solution please lemme know!

You may also want to mention the age of your PSU. To me, it seems like your power delivery is the issue or that the SSD is dying.

Ram:2x4gb 1800 hz kingston
SSD:120gb kingston
HDD:Toshiba 1tb
Gpu:rx 470 4gb asus rog strix
psu: raidmax 750W semi-modular
OS:Windows 7
The psu is almost 2 years old

if the ssd keeps disapearing, controller may be faulty, it also could be power delivery failure, try to change both sata cables, or use different sata port
also u can try some other bios revision
