SSD as primary Drive?

Hello,

My config is,

Sabertooth 990FX R.2 MotherBoard
FirePro V5900 Graphic Card 2 GB
4 x 4 Ram 16Gb DDR 3 Corsiar
1TB and 2 TB Hard drive
Phanteks Enthoo Pro white
Noctua NH D15 air cooler
FX 8370 processor

I bought Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB. I would like to make this SSD as a primary drive.
How to do that? Please let me know.

Install it and connect it as only disk and than install OS on it.
