My questions are Simple.
I am a computer noob, so excuse me if my question seemed too obvious for some.

1 - Is it okay to set up my SSD for the OS and the most important programs I use ; and at the same time to have a RAID 5 configuration with 3 HDDs.

2 - From my understanding it is absolutely correct and I shouldn't have any worries because the SSD is used to increase the boot speed and general performance of my software and OS...

while the HDD configuration will help improve performance of data transfer and provide a back-up as well.

Correct ?

3 -Do they have anything to do with each other in terms of stability? is there a certain configuration I must do to get them related / linked/ identified ? Or are they read by the OS as separate entities ? An SSD as a first boot device and another RAID configuration for storage ?

This would be my first time installing the 2 together and I would appreciate any tips and guidelines.
