Hello,
I have a 232gb SSD boot drive running Windows 7 pro. I have very little on the drive, outside the OS. SpaceSniffer identifies 76gb used, but c/disk properties show 221gb in use. I do have indexing enabled. I have no idea what is using the rest of the disk.
Any suggestions/ideas are very appreciated!

Solution

Install either WinDirStat or WizTree
Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.

Post a screencap here.

The usual culprits are the pagefile, hibernation, or System Restore points.

If I expand the Windows file it has 142gb under Temp. When I expand that it has 10,421 files in c:\Windows\Temp

Generally, what is in the Temp folder can be deleted.
Run Disk Cleanup, and see what it says.

Thank you so much for your help and patience!
Disk Cleanup doesn't seem to identify these files. I've found the location and deleted, they are sitting in my Recycle Bin. I guess it's ok the delete them?

Yes.
I'm just curious as to what they are. Seemingly identical file sizes, and no extension.

The vast majority of them are cab. files with a numeric number associated.

Thank you, again!
